this guy refused to become god but still act like he's some kind of god.. He has an all-knowing artifact, change the race of someone into a celestial being, and can do miracles by himself.. Even the side-characters ask him if he's god.

the pacing of the story is terrible..

there's no adventure, the fights can only last by 2 pages at most..

There's no character development on the MC, he just casts original magics all over the place and so everyone would be impressed.. that's all..

at least let him grow up more before making him the vice-emperor, like damn, it's the 2nd highest position in a country and you'd put a kid with an overwhelming magic prowess and not because of his governing skills..
