Oomura Takeshi is one unfortunate individual. From a young age, he's been plagued by a streak of bad luck. One day, during his usual routine filled with mishaps, he encounters an Angel named Elle. He learns that his father had wished for this curse of bad luck to be upon him. Takeshi gets the chance to pass on the curse but chooses to accept it to save a young girl. For this noble act, Elle transforms into a human and decides to live with Takeshi to protect him from the curse. This arrangement isn't something Takeshi is particularly thrilled about.
