Golden Days

Mitsuya Souma, a first-year student, has lived his entire life with decisions made for him by his mother, who aims to shield him from past family tragedies. He finds solace and freedom only when playing the violin given to him by his bedridden grandfather, Yoshimitsu. With Yoshimitsu's days nearing an end, one night, the feared phone call arrives, announcing his sudden decline in health. At the hospital, Mitsuya gets into an argument with his mother, only to be abruptly interrupted by an earthquake hitting the city. Mitsuya stumbles down the stairs, hits his head, and loses consciousness. Upon waking, Mitsuya discovers he has been transported back in time to the Taisho era, surrounded by his grandfather's family and friends. Confused and struggling to adapt, he realizes he must address his grandfather's greatest regret. However, Mitsuya has no idea where to start. He must navigate this new world while developing a relationship with Jin Kasuga—his grandfather's best friend—and dealing with escalating family drama.
