Gokujou Seitokai

Randou Rino, an orphan since her mother's passing, transfers to Miyagami Gakuen on the recommendation of her penpal, Mr. Poppit. Soon after arriving, Rino unexpectedly joins the Gokujou Seitokai, the elite student council of Miyagami High. She discovers that Jinguuji Kanade established Miyagami Gakuen as a sanctuary for students to live freely without constraints, and the Gokujou Seitokai was created to uphold this freedom. The Gokujou Seitokai is structured into three primary divisions: Executive, Assault, and Covert, along with the Vehicle Squad. Each member possesses unique abilities, such as specialized combat skills or distinctive weapons like cards and a yo-yo.
