A school packed with intelligent gay boys? What more could a yaoi fan girl possibly dream of?
This is a delightful manga, offering a sweet and humorous romance filled with more sexual tension than explicit scenes.
Despite having numerous characters, this manga doesn't seem to have any poorly developed ones. Each character boasts well-rounded personalities and remains intriguing. They are characters I wouldn't mind exploring further, but thankfully there's an anime for that purpose.
The plot? Well, I find it quite engaging. There's the intrigue of why Keita is at the school and whether he can stay. Additionally, watching the relationship between Keita and Niwa evolve adds another layer of interest. The entire narrative flows smoothly, maintaining the reader's engagement even without abundant sexual content.
Its downfall, in my opinion, lies in its length. Considering the events taking place, it feels somewhat stretched out. However, it also has the potential to be longer, delving deeper into details about Keita's arrival at the school and the reasoning behind changes of heart. Even as a slice-of-life story, it could have benefited from additional length. Thus, it struck me as both condensed and elongated simultaneously.
All in all, it's a pleasant gay romantic tale, albeit light on the yaoi elements. Nevertheless, it's definitely worth reading if the lack of explicit content doesn't deter you.
