Darling wa Namamono ni Tsuki

Setsuko, the daughter of a transsexual man who owns a cross-dressing host bar, meets, falls in love with, and marries the charming Dr. Tanabe. Tanabe is conventional, reserved, and exceptionally talented in all he does, whereas Setsuko is strikingly unconventional.
