Okay so the possible endings
The Piss Everyone Off Ending: The sisters realize they love each other too much to compete for Yuu and as such leave the future ambiguous.
The Extremely Sad Ending: Yuu inherits more than his face from his mother. He becomes sick with her same illness and on his deathbed the Mikadono sisters tell him he is not useless.
The Best Happy Ending: The story branches off into three directions for each Mikadono sister that ends up with Yuu.

I'm guessing black stone is to provide fire by perhaps hitting it with each other until it sparks? and white stone to make a circle to contain the fire? For ingredients, if allowed, MC can probably provide them from his storage.

That last epilogue was kinda cute, but this clearly is just ONCE AGAIN the same story as every other one.
Mainly "Hitomi-chan". Almost identical, honestly. Just shorter and worse for it.
Would've loved if she was ACTUALLY a delinquent at the very least. She could've had a pure heart regardless of that, if the author knew how to write, but whatever I guess. Change is scary, or something.
