    Naruto only awakened tails one after the other because kurama's chakra was sealed within him and leaked out bit by bit until the seal was broken. Himawari already has full access to kurama from the start because he isn't sealed in her. And there is a resemblance to the naruto series. Her whiskers get darker when she's mad and the kurama chakra starts to emerge like naruto's did and her hair goes up in 9 strands like kushina's did.
