With a mushroom-like head, Kageto Kinoshita works at the Pantasia Southern Tokyo branch. Though all the characters discuss creating new types of bread, he usually ends up doing most of the work at the store and during bread-making competitions. At first glance, he doesn't seem to measure up to bread makers like Kawachi and Azuma, but Kageto has the peculiar ability to work so swiftly it appears as if there are multiple versions of him, and he can even create clones of himself. This is due to being raised in a circus-performing family. He can also replicate another's bread-making skills with 95% accuracy. Kinoshita has the additional ability to sense when others are talking about him elsewhere. He frequently writes to his mother, who lives somewhere else, updating her on events at Pantasia.
