A Japanese Spriggan agent based in Japan. He is exceptionally young and serves as the protagonist in both the manga and the OVA. At his core, Yuu is a slacker and embodies the typical delinquent persona, often finding himself in trouble with teachers due to his lack of attention in class. Moreover, he frequently skips classes, which leads his peers to tease him, thinking Yuu wants to avoid school. However, these times are when Yuu secretly carries out his Spriggan missions before graduating from high school. At times, Yuu wishes he wasn't a Spriggan agent, yet he doesn't regret his current path. Despite his high school lifestyle, Yuu is an expert in martial arts, firearms, and commando tactics, thanks to years of indoctrination with COSMOS and military training with ARCAM. Yuu can easily defend himself from all known threats.
