A new student at Matabi Academy, Yumi chose the school because it allowed her to bring her cat, Kansuke. She has a deep love for knitting and frequently creates outfits for Kansuke. Despite being clumsy and a bit silly, Yumi is very kind and friendly. Four years ago, she bravely threw herself onto the road to shield an injured Kansuke from an oncoming van. Her power appears as a ball of wool, reflecting her passion for knitting, which can transform Kansuke into his human form. The wool can also be reshaped into various objects depending on the situation, such as a shield or a cushion. One limitation of her power is that it takes time to unravel and isn't as strong when used in quick succession.
