Chiaki Yumai, also known as Thor, was previously the Seventh Fist of Ragnarok and is now a captain in the Shinpaku Alliance. Thor stands out due to his towering height and robust build; he has a hefty but extremely muscular physique, short black hair, and prominent dark sideburns. He usually dresses in a sleeveless kimono to highlight his brawny arms and often goes barefoot.
Thor employs a combat-sumo fighting style and joined Ragnarok with the ambition of popularizing this unique martial art. Despite being part of Ragnarok, Thor maintains a strong sense of honor, able to negotiate with opponents, and prioritizes adhering to the principles of combat-sumo wrestling. Even when enraged, Thor demonstrates perceptiveness, quickly identifying Kenichi after their initial meeting based on information provided by Siegfried. Thor regards the Shinpaku Alliance as genuine comrades, unlike his time in Ragnarok where he considered only Siegfried as his true friend.
Thor holds a deep admiration for fellow sumo wrestlers. For instance, during the D of D Tournament, he cheered for one. He also uses phrases typical among sumo wrestlers. However, Thor harbors a fear of heights, which became evident when he hesitated to jump from a helicopter, clinging to its side while declaring he couldn't do it. Nevertheless, he overcame his phobia for the sake of his friends.
Thor specializes in a hybrid martial art heavily influenced by traditional sumo. Notably, Thor achieved his high level of skill without formal training from a master, relying solely on hard work and self-discipline. Takeda Ikki even remarked that Thor's accomplishments without a mentor are "simply beyond belief," highlighting his dedication and perseverance as a martial artist. Later, Thor received some training from Kugatachi Danki, significantly enhancing his already impressive combat abilities.
