She is Ho-Rang's talking cat. When it's time for school, she transforms into a human to spy for Ho-Rang. Ya-Ho becomes the first friend Myung-Ee encounters at Chun-Ah High. Initially, her speech was very limited; she could barely move her mouth to form words. Eventually, with some helpful tips from Myung-Ee, Ya-Ho managed to speak using her voice. Her human speech isn't fluent, so her sentences are often disjointed. Despite this, what she says can be unexpectedly humorous. Occasionally, Ya-Ho takes on a mentor role towards both Myung-Ee and Ho-Rang, lecturing them as if she were their guide.
