A former pro-wrestler, upon learning that his thugs were defeated by Miu, sends his entire gang to find her. The three thugs who lost to Miu are seen questioning Izumi Yuuka and Himeno about Miu's location when they spot Kenichi and Akisame. Recognizing Kenichi, the thugs mistakenly assume Akisame is Miu's father. After Akisame dislocates one thug's hand joints, they call the Wrestling Boss.
The Boss tries to intimidate Akisame by bending a stop sign but fails. Instead, Akisame provokes him into fighting by straightening the sign with just one finger. The Wrestling Boss attacks Akisame, who effortlessly defeats him while using him as a training example for Kenichi on how to handle larger opponents. When the thug with the dislocated hand fires a gun at them, Akisame corners the thugs in an alley and defeats them so harshly that Kenichi remarks he never thought bodies could bend like that.
Later, the Wrestling Boss appears at a race track where Sakaki knocks him out with a single punch.
When Yomi is sent by Yami to hunt dojos across Japan, the Wrestling Boss mentions that his old training ground was burned along with others and declares his alliance with Ryozanpaku.
He refers to Sakaki as "Leather Jacket" and Akisame as "Grim Reaper with a Mustache," considering them monsters.
