Wataru is in love with Isumi despite being arranged to marry Nagi. Unlike the others, he isn't as wealthy and operates a video store with assistance from his maid, Saki Kijima. At times, they find it challenging to make ends meet and often face problems with overdue returns, particularly from Nagi.
In season 3, Wataru transitions to running a manga bookstore, and Saki remains by his side. She now dons a pinkish maid uniform.
