Toa is a mysterious girl who rescues Jin from a dragon in the first episode. She demonstrates remarkable athletic prowess, extraordinary strength, and accelerated healing capabilities, possibly because she is a dragon. In her dragon form, she exhibits immense power; she can take on more than two other dragons at once. The ISDA refers to her as the "Album" and seeks to capture her to obtain information about the original dragons from Thanatos. She addresses Thanatos as "mother," and her mission on Earth is revealed to be retrieving the dragon eggs held by the ISDA. Later, she admits to being responsible for the collision with the shuttle that led to the death of Jin's family. She acquired the name "Toa" after finding half of a bracelet that belonged to Jin's sister, Ai. Before the accident, the bracelet had "To Ai" engraved on it, but now it only reads "To A." In the manga, she is part of the Dragonauts and partners with Jin. While she possesses all the abilities of her anime counterpart, she is depicted as very clumsy, which often frustrates Jin.
