bogard terry

Terry hails from the fictional town of Southtown, Florida, a setting featured in many SNK games. He is the adoptive son of Jeff Bogard. During his childhood, Terry witnessed the murder of his father by Geese Howard. Seeking to avenge his father, Terry decided to wait for the right moment. Unlike his brother Andy, who went to Japan for training, Terry stayed in Southtown. He combined the fighting techniques taught by his father with street-fighting skills. Years later, Geese Howard, the crime lord, organized a tournament called The King of Fighters. Terry, along with his brother Andy and Muay Thai champion Joe Higashi, entered the tournament to confront Geese. Terry eventually defeated Geese, and it was believed that Geese had perished in the battle. The following year, Geese's half-brother Wolfgang Krauser took over the tournament, expanding it internationally. Terry faced Krauser in the finals and emerged victorious once again. Later, it was discovered that Geese had survived. Learning of Geese's plan to obtain the legendary Jin scrolls, Terry challenged him again and won. However, Geese managed to escape with the scrolls. In subsequent tournaments, Terry defeated several opponents, including Yamazaki and the Jin brothers, reclaiming his title as Champion. In Real Bout Fatal Fury, Terry confronted Geese one last time at Geese Tower. After defeating Geese, Terry attempted to save him from falling off the tower but was knocked away by Geese, leading to Geese's presumed death. Around this time, Terry encountered Rock Howard, Geese's son. Taking Rock under his wing, Terry taught him how to fight as they traveled the world together.
