An anti-hero who operates his own private business, safeguarding those wrongly accused of crimes or facing life-threatening situations through no fault of their own. He selectively protects individuals he deems worthy; others are disposed of by dropping them into a pit beneath the couch via a trapdoor. His protection methods often involve eliminating threats to his clients' lives himself, but sometimes entail relocating the person out of the country or concealing them using false identities. He is pragmatic, cold, nearly emotionless, sharp-tongued, and perpetually bored. His favorite phrase is "How infuriating!" as he finds almost everything in life annoying to some degree. He also possesses an exceptional talent for cross-dressing, which he uses for undercover work or to deceive people into believing the "Legendary White Dragon" is actually a woman. His preferred weapon is what he calls a "tear shooter," a device built into his glove that fires pressurized water with enough force to cut through metal and decapitate from a distance, though it renders him vulnerable in cold weather. He also enjoys jigsaw puzzles.
