A formidable Class 1 psychic with the ability of Psychokinesis, he can move objects and even people with his mind. His powers are more advanced than most others with similar abilities, effortlessly lifting cars, bringing down walls, and turning pencils into lethal projectiles. He was portrayed as vile, wicked, and truly evil, relishing the power to harm others.
He was dispatched by the Greenhouse members to eliminate Kakeru and his group. After a confrontation with Kakeru, where he admitted defeat because he couldn't land a single attack on Kakeru, he left the Greenhouse and became an ally to Kakeru and his group, helping protect them, though he often disappears.
It was revealed that in his childhood, he was bullied for having a tough name but not being tough. The bullying escalated to the point where bullies burned Takemaru's right eye, causing him to activate his powers and eliminate the bullies and other classmates. Soon after, he was found by the Greenhouse and given drugs, elevating him to a Class 1 cultivated type.
In the manga cover of volume 4, he is depicted with green-blonde hair and dark blue eyes. He almost always wears an eyepatch and prefers sleeveless shirts and pants.
