Sumire is NOA's second-in-command and the Commander of the Heaven Division, known as Tensho. Feeling bored and lonely, she brings Atsuma into NOA in hopes of witnessing the miracle he speaks about. She deeply yearns for Utsuho but has been rejected by him. Sumire chases after Utsuho with the dual purpose of stopping him and winning his affection. Her power is infused with the strength of the wind.
