After Shorter Wong departs from New York City's Chinatown, Su Rin takes over as the new gang boss. However, Sin remains loyal to Shorter and is unhappy about the Lee family collaborating with Papa Dino. "Our suits made a deal with Dino Golzine, but that doesn't concern us! I don't know what kind of scheme they're cooking up, but we have our own code! And our leader is still Shorter Wong!" With these words, Su Rin persuades Alex and the remnants of Ash's gang to wage war against the combined forces of Dino Golzine and Daai Yan Lee.
Sin might only be fourteen years old, but appearances can be deceiving. He is exceptionally intelligent and shrewd, in addition to being a skilled fighter. Ash is the sole individual who has ever survived an attack by Sin using his lethal weapon, the "Flying Dragon Fang."
