This enigmatic figure is initially revealed to be Yoshio Kanzaki. Later, his friend Hayato Mikogami takes up the mantle and eventually becomes the leader of the Black Ghost organization. Under this new identity, Mikogami adopts the name Skull, the main antagonist of Cyborg 009.
