Silvio made his first appearance in Battle 235. He is categorized as both Dou and Katsujin Ken, specializing in the martial art of Capoeira. As a member of the Capoeira Team during the D of D tournament, he earned the nickname "Shinobi," meaning Ninja. Silvio harbors deep feelings for his teammate Aisha, but she only has eyes for their leader, which frustrates him immensely. Driven by this unreciprocated love, Silvio constantly seeks to prove himself superior, ironically leading to his downfall.
During the tournament, when Shinpaku Alliance faced off against the Capoeira team, Niijima embarrassingly exposed Silvio's crush on Aisha. Silvio meticulously analyzed each Shinpaku member, identifying them all as strong except for Ukita. Thus, he was astonished when Ukita attacked their Captain, only to be soundly defeated.
As Silvio and Elliot initiated an assault on Siegfried, Niijima persistently taunted Silvio about his futile love for Aisha. This relentless teasing eventually drove Silvio to chase after Niijima, disregarding his teammates' warnings. Just as Silvio had Niijima cornered, Ukita re-emerged and hurled Silvio out of the ring into the water. Following this, Kenichi expressed disappointment that Silvio did not have the chance to showcase his true skills or win Aisha’s affection.
Despite his arrogant demeanor in combat, Silvio demonstrates adept analytical skills, accurately assessing the strengths of most Shinpaku members. Additionally, he appears fairly proficient in Capoeira, managing to keep pace with Siegfried alongside Elliot. However, Niijima's constant ridicule coupled with Kenichi's remark that Silvio failed to display any noteworthy abilities suggests that Silvio possessed more significant skills than he managed to reveal.
