Taikoubou's flying companion, resembling a hippo, is known as a Reiju, a spiritual beast. He carries Taikoubou all over China, aiding him in his quest to defeat the temptress Dakki. Sibuxiang is very kind-hearted and possesses extensive knowledge of the human world.

The ball he always carries with him is called the Ball of Rejuvenation. If the bearer of this ball is in danger, it automatically explodes, restoring those around it to their maximum power level.

Sibuxiang can become empowered, growing stronger and gaining the ability to absorb the power of paopei around him.
