Shiratori is Kisara's main lieutenant and joined Shinpaku alongside her. Recognizable by his long blonde hair, Shiratori has never been seen in combat during his time with Ragnarok. However, given that he held the same rank as Tsuji Shinnosuke under Kisara during the Ragnarok arc, it is presumed that Shiratori was equally strong.
Often labeled as "girly" by others, Shiratori is actually a tall young woman with a slender build and strikingly long blonde hair. She usually dresses in a white button-up shirt, dark pants, and a long blue coat that reaches just above her ankles. Due to her refined look and lengthy hair, lower-ranking members of the Shinpaku Alliance initially mistook her for a man and mocked her feminine appearance, causing tension at their introductory party. It was only after fighting Ukita that she revealed herself as a girl, though the Valkyries seemed aware from the start.
Typically calm and reserved, Shiratori seldom speaks unless spoken to directly. She appears self-conscious about her looks, often dressing elegantly even when part of the street gang Ragnarok, and reacts sharply when people comment on her somewhat feminine appearance. Her respect for superiors, especially Kisara, is immense, and she follows her commands without hesitation. This loyalty led her to join the Shinpaku Alliance alongside Kisara, working hard to get along with its lower-ranking members despite initial disdain.
Her aspiration to be as strong as Kisara drives her to practice Taekwondo. During a planned double date involving several Shinpaku captains, Shiratori decides to attend even though Kisara has already agreed to go with Ukita, leading Miu to speculate a love triangle. This speculation gains traction during the date as Shiratori competes with Ukita for Kisara’s attention.
As a former senior member of Ragnarok, Shiratori was considered a capable fighter, though her skills are not on par with the Shinpaku captains. Like Kisara, she specializes in Taekwondo, hoping to emulate her one day. Though rarely shown in battle, she is strong enough to handle armed thugs barehanded, as evidenced when protecting Kisara during a group outing. She claims that her kicks possess more raw power than Kisara's.
After accepting Ukita's challenge, Shiratori effortlessly defeats him in a display that impresses even Miu. Kisara later explains that Shiratori did not aim to become one of Ragnarok's Eight Fists simply because she lacked interest.
