Ruby is a pink penguin, also known as a sentinoid with a penguin-type appearance, who owns an enormous floating casino. He enjoys using his wealth to acquire rare and valuable treasures. When Ruby discovers that Drew is misusing the money for evil purposes, he almost loses his life at Drew's hands. Fortunately, Haru comes to his rescue, leading Ruby to join forces with him. Ruby holds the unique knowledge of who would become the third Rave Master if Haru were to die. However, he has a habit of inadvertently revealing the Rave Warriors' battle plans, rendering their strategies ineffective. Recently, he learned how to use "Wind" magic from a bell given to him by his father. This bell, named "the Holy Bell," was once wielded by Dalmatian, a member of the Knights of the Blue Sky. It can transform into a magic sword and perform spells such as "Magic Reflection," "Twister," and "Air Ball" (as seen in the video game).
