Li Raichi is the daughter of Li Tenmon and a practitioner of the Drunken Fist of the Eight Immortals. Raichi is a young, short girl with long, bright pink hair that reaches her waist, styled in two pigtails, and green eyes. She wears a tight red battle outfit when fighting Kenichi, labeled as Spark, which includes shoulder blades and knee pads, giving her a skater-like appearance along with gloves. For casual wear, she has been seen in a light yellow top, a green miniskirt, and sandals to look more normal.
When she first met Kenichi, she appeared kind and cheerful, somewhat playful. Like Kenichi, Raichi loves flowers and was curious about his extensive knowledge on them. In battle, Raichi was originally very aggressive and brutal, showing no mercy to Kisara or other members of the Shinpaku Alliance. She was also quiet, rarely speaking unless necessary. She could be taunting, making fun of Kisara's small breasts by groping her own.
She felt insulted that Kenichi wouldn't hurt her because she was a girl, stating it shouldn't matter in a fight. However, unlike her father, she doesn't desire to kill others and only wants to end things peacefully, merely knocking out her enemies. When Kenichi tried to resolve things peacefully due to seeing her kindness, Raichi, moved by his compassion, shed tears of sadness over having to kill him and chose to give up, revealing she didn't want to kill others and was forced to thanks to Yomi.
After her fight with Kenichi, Raichi became much nicer and friendlier, helping others such as Kenichi and Miu disarm a bomb on a ship where Diego Carlo fought. She seems to have developed a crush on Kenichi, blushing around him and grabbing his arm after the fight, causing Miu to feel jealous.
Having trained in Chinese Kenpo for a long time, Raichi is a formidable opponent for her age. She easily overwhelmed the main members of the Shinpaku Alliance like Kisara, Ukita, and even Siegfried (though he held his own until distracted by her sparks). Even against Kenichi, she gave him a tough fight (though this was partly due to his reluctance to hurt women). Due to her size, she's very agile and can outmaneuver her enemies effortlessly.
