A sweet, somewhat naive boy who stands in stark contrast to a typical Demon Lord. Though he constantly vexes Eclipse, he quickly warms the stoic demon's heart. Despite his carefree and happy-go-lucky nature, even as a thief, he harbors a dark past, having joined the thieves' guild to survive after being orphaned. Initially, he appears rather foolish but endearing. However, as the series progresses, he grows weary of his own sweetness, revealing another side to his personality. This "other Raenef" is a particularly cruel and intelligent Demon Lord with a strong grasp of magic. Ultimately, the two personalities merge. Raenef IV claimed that he is his child.
