The final member of the organization is the enigmatic man with glasses, who is responsible for numerous incidents throughout Monster. He holds the highest position in the organization and attempted to control the devil by arranging a meeting between him and Christoph Sievernich.
In his younger years, Peter was Franz Bonaparta's apprentice and participated in experiments involving the Liebert twins. Peter believes that everything is progressing according to his plan, but Johan later reveals that events are unfolding according to his own plan instead. In a moment of paranoia, Peter kills his bodyguard when he reaches for his lighter, mistakenly believing he was trying to kill him. As retribution, Čapek, another bodyguard, executes Peter.
Peter first appears in chapter 121, but his face is not revealed until the end of chapter 123. He was childhood friends with Milan Kolacsh. Peter killed the loved ones living with Milan, who then tried to exact revenge on Peter at a convention. However, the police shot Milan before he could succeed.
