A career werewolf, Ouka is a formidable fighter. She first encounters Shugo and Rena at a special cherry blossom festival, where she comes to visit them along with Mireille. Shugo is immediately attracted to her, especially in her wolf form, as he "loves puppies." Ouka happily reciprocates Shugo's affections. Like Shugo, it is unclear how far she truly wants this interaction to go, but she seems to make the most of it. As a character, Ouka has two alternate forms: a white wolf capable of speaking human languages, and a tall, pale, voluptuous human appearing to be 20 years old, complete with wolf ears. In real life, she is an extremely nerdy-looking student who works part-time as Mireille's tutor. Her class type is Werewolf, thanks to The World expansion pack available to very strong players. Ouka's primary interest lies in challenges; she is constantly seeking "a worthy foe." This has led to some suspicion that if Shugo were to meet his sister's expectations of heroism, Ouka might consider him such a foe and potentially kill him.
