Unanimous leader of the Kingou Juttenkun, a dark sennin whose intelligence rivals Taikoubou. He has a peculiar habit of biting his fingernails when deep in thought and seems indifferent to the negative outcomes of his actions. Originally known as Ou Eki, a human disciple of Genshitenson, he was traded to Tsuuten Kyoushu for Youzen to maintain diplomatic ties between Kingo and Konron. As Kingou does not permit humans, he was confined until Dakki intervened, dividing his soul into three parts and granting each a yokai body.
He wields Kousuijin, a paopei capable of producing acid rain, and another named Dani, an animal-type paopei similar to Youzen's Koutenken but taking the form of tiny ticks that latch onto sennin undetected, gradually draining their energy as if they were constantly using a paopei. Additionally, he possesses the ability to create warp gates shaped like water-like rectangular mirrors, through which he can observe and freely transport himself or others.
