Number 20 is Loki's subordinate and eventually becomes a spy for the Shinpaku Alliance alongside him. Like her master, Number 20 resorts to any means necessary to win, even if it involves harming innocent children such as Honoka. It is also suggested that she harbors romantic feelings for Loki, despite his occasional mistreatment of her.
Number 20 is a young woman with short, disheveled brown hair and a well-endowed figure. She is typically seen wearing a yellow A-shirt and suspenders, along with goggles equipped with night vision capabilities. She carries an air machine gun and has green markings on her body that resemble camouflage makeup.
She makes her first appearance during Loki and Siegfried's abduction of Niijima in an attempt to dissolve the Shinpaku Alliance. Niijima, overhearing their plot, grabs Number 20's breasts in an effort to escape but is still captured by Siegfried. Later, she fights Miu on a truck driven by Number 43, gaining the upper hand with her gun and prong. However, Miu, due to her rigorous training, recovers and delivers a powerful punch to Number 20's stomach, defeating her.
Subsequently, Number 20 takes Kenichi's sister Honoka hostage, threatening to kill her if Kenichi tries to fight back against Loki. This continues until Tanimoto Natsu knocks her out and rescues Honoka, allowing Kenichi to defeat Loki. In the final battle between Shinpaku and Ragnarok, she assists Loki and his new eight fists in his attempted coup d'état. They are ultimately defeated by Berserker and disappear for the remainder of the conflict.
