izuna noriyuki

An old friend of Kagura and ex-fiance of Isayama Yomi. He uses Kudagitsune, spirit foxes, for espionage and combat. Izuna is notoriously perverted, often attempting to grope Kagura, which leads to painful consequences for him. He is a member of the information department.

Beneath his perverted and seemingly helpless exterior, Izuna is exceptionally powerful, capable of matching Yomi in battle. He possesses extensive knowledge about spirits and excels at creating barriers. Izuna treats Kagura like a little sister—aside from his inappropriate actions—and shows concern for Kensuke. As Yomi's ex-fiance, he still harbors feelings for her.
