Mrs. Hess was an accomplice of Johan Liebert.
She first appeared at counseling sessions with Dr. Julius Reichwein, often complaining about her marital issues. Dr. Reichwein suggested that she bring her husband for a session, which she agreed to. However, the person posing as her husband turned out to be Roberto, who intended to kill Dr. Reichwein due to his investigation into the death of Detective Richard Braun. Dr. Kenzo Tenma intervened just in time to save Dr. Reichwein.
Mrs. Hess later attended a book donation ceremony at the University of Munich library on behalf of business tycoon Hans Georg Schuwald, where Johan Liebert was also present as Schuwald's secretary. Following Johan's instructions, she secretly poured gasoline among the bookshelves and set the building on fire, mimicking his actions. This confirmed her involvement in his schemes.
It is unclear whether Mrs. Hess is actually married to Roberto. It is possible that her claims of marriage were false or that she is in an open relationship with him, given his numerous sexual encounters with other women (such as "Sausage", Blue Sophie, and Eva Heinemann). Her ultimate fate remains unknown.
