An expert in stealth thievery, cat-burglary, and lockpicking, Misty joins forces with Rally and Minnie-May after being apprehended by them and serving time for a string of criminal activities. Often finding herself in distress, she frequently requires rescuing by her friends. She is 15 years old upon her first appearance in the series.

Misty does not carry firearms but is highly skilled in using knives, both in wielding and throwing them. She harbors a crush on Rally, though by the series' end, she also shows interest in Bean Bandit.
