The boy who 'protected' Han-Ah during grades 1 and 2, ended up bullying her instead. He is the captain of the Gwang-Jin High school gang. They meet again when they are older; he was running from a gang at the time. Later, she asks him if he wants to go out with her, and he agrees, without her knowing he was her bully. On the surface, he appears cruel and savage, but deep down, he is a sensitive and slightly clumsy boy. He falls deeply in love with Han-Ah, though he expresses this love through actions that seem violent to her. They break up because she tells him she doesn't like his personality, but after realizing how much he loved her and starting to understand him better, they reconnect. He makes her his kko-bong by 'kidnapping' her friends. A strong bond forms between them until Young-Sun's breakup plan, with help from Mi Yoo, succeeds. This makes him very angry at Han-Ah, even leading him to slap her hard, something he had never done before. He ends up hospitalized due to a gang fight he got into to vent his heartbreak. Upon learning that Han-Ah has been kidnapped, he searches for her and finds her at her house, rescuing her from Mi Yoo. He returns to the hospital where his family (Father, Mother, and Grandmother) visits. His grandmother makes comments about her readiness to bear children, among other remarks from family members. The series ends with Han-Ah giving him a cross-stitch for their 'hundred day anniversary', him asking her to go out with him again (as she was still his kko-bong), and her biting and hitting him.
