She is an underclassman who is "chasing after him (Keita)". They were in the same sports club at his previous school. She surpasses Ako and Riko in her efforts to get Keita's attention, going as far as flashing her privates at him without any hesitation, even in front of others. She can be a bit of an airhead, for instance, believing that Miharu and Keita are no longer virgins when she saw them hugging.

Yuuzuki is her older sister, whom Mikazuki privately refers to as "my otaku sister". Despite this nickname, Mikazuki looks up to and loves her very dearly. Once, she bought a visual novel to cover for her sister. However, she also enjoys taking lewd pictures of her sister in cosplay as a form of compensation for covering for her. Mikazuki was able to correctly assume that her sister has feelings for Keita.
