Matsuri is the individual responsible for managing the Raifuku Shrine in Onomichi. She operates the shrine alongside her sister, Miko. In contrast to Miko, Matsuri cannot perceive spirits without the charms that Yurie typically writes, although it is mentioned in the manga by Miko that Matsuri could also see spirits previously.
