nakamura mariko

Mariko Nakamura is a friend of Suzume Mizuno, as they both participate in the same clubs at Mochinoki Middle School. In the Japanese version, Suzume refers to her as "Mari-chan."

However, Mariko is portrayed as more conceited and preoccupied with her appearance compared to Suzume. As the story unfolds, Mariko's significance, along with that of Kiyomaro's other friends, becomes more prominent. She excels in cooking and is skilled at ping pong, although Gash and Kiyomaro managed to defeat her in a match.
