Real name Marco Togni. An agent of Section 2 and Angelica's handler. After being discharged from military service due to an injury to his left eye, Marco was referred by his friend Dr. Bianchi to become the handler for Angelica, who was the first child assassin of Section 2. While caring for Angelica, Marco shared stories about "The Prince of the Land of Pasta," a fictional prince who consumed only pasta. He devoted considerable time to crafting these tales. This intrigued his then-girlfriend Patricia, who eventually wrote and published the storybook "The Prince of the Land of Pasta." Marco purchased a copy and read it aloud to Angelica. Over time, Marco observed Section 2 evolve into a proficient combat unit and recognized Angelica's remarkable potential as an assassin. Unfortunately, Angelica also became the first girl to suffer from the side effects of the conditioning process, notably long-term memory loss. Disillusioned by the numerous setbacks that followed, Marco felt that any further effort would be futile and had no desire to continue. Consequently, he adopted a detached and critical stance toward Angelica's training.
