Luciano Bradley, known as the "Vampire of Britannia," is a member of the Knights of Rounds. He is characterized by his aggressive and combative nature, often provoking others and initiating attacks without cause. This behavior has earned him the disapproval of several Knights of Rounds. Luciano shows a blatant disregard for life, whether of allies or enemies, as long as he can indulge in destruction. His motivation for engaging in battles is the public opportunity it provides to kill people freely. He proudly calls himself a "homicide genius" and wields multiple large knives with expertise in throwing them. Despite his loyalty to the Empire, Luciano operates mostly on his own terms, even in the presence of Imperial family members. He pilots the Knightmare Frame Percival. Luciano leads a personal guard unit called the Grausam Valkyrie Squadron, composed of four young women aged between 15 and 25, who operate two-tone pink Vincents. Two notable members are Liliana Vergamon and Marika Soresi, the sister of Kewell Soresi. Before joining the Valkyrie Squadron, they served under Princess Cornelia. Luciano first appears shortly before the formation of the UFN. He throws a knife at Suzaku and insults Euphemia. Later, he interrupts a conversation between Nunnally and Kallen, informing Kallen that she will be used as a hostage and threatens her, considering her body expendable as long as she remains alive. Gino intervenes, and Luciano insults him, suggesting that his noble background facilitated his rise to his current position. During the second battle of Tokyo, Luciano destroys numerous Black Knights' Knightmares and nearly kills Lelouch alongside the Grausam Valkyrie Squadron. However, all four Valkyrie pilots are subsequently killed by Kallen, followed by Luciano himself.
