Following this, Treize encouraged her to adopt a more graceful demeanor, leading to a personality conflict that resulted in her developing a gentler, more beatific attitude.
As Treize began distancing himself from Romefeller, he sent Lady Une to free Duo, Wufei, and the Gundam engineers from the Lunar Base. However, she was shot by Chief Tsubarov during the mission. While recovering from her injury, Une resolved her internal conflict. Shortly after the war ended, she was chosen to lead the new Earth government's peace watch group, Preventer. Her timely intervention saved both Relena and Mariemaia, revealing that Dekim's actions were not aligned with Treize's philosophy. After the rebellion ended, Lady Une decided to care for Mariemaia while retaining her position as the head of Preventer.
