In the manga, unaware of her talents, Kyouko is very protective of her love life and often misunderstands people's intentions towards her. She fears falling in love again due to Fuwa Sho abandoning her. Tsuruga Ren, her senior, shares a close relationship with her and may even be in love with her. Meanwhile, Sho wants to maintain his significant place in her life, knowing Kyouko won't forgive him easily. During the filming of "Dark Moon," she encounters 'Vie Ghoul,' a band determined to destroy Sho. The vocalist Reino takes an interest in Kyouko, and the complications begin.
