wakamiya kyou

Kyou, a junior, goes to the same school as Alice and Mayura. An orphan, he lives with his aunt and uncle and assists them in their cafe by making desserts. His father was an abusive alcoholic, and Kyou fears that he might end up the same way. He previously dated Mayura and now must navigate his feelings for Alice.

Mayura casts a mudoru curse on him, which feeds on his hatred towards his father. Because of this curse, Alice cannot express any loving words to Kyou, or else the flames of hate will consume him. The curse can only be lifted if Kyou overcomes his own hatred.
