Kurojou is a member of the Oniwabanshuu, a secretive ninja group. In his daily life, he contributes to the Aoi-Ya as a professional chef specializing in Japanese cuisine, a repairman, assists Okina, and acts as Misao's caretaker. When it comes to battle, Kurojou wields a large bo staff and bracer-like gauntlets that can be thrown similar to shuriken.
