Born and educated at Education City Troynius, Keith has no recollection of anything before his adulthood exam. During his studies at E-1077, he forms a friendship with Sam.

Following his education, he is chosen to join the "Members Elite." His exceptional performance leads to rapid promotions within the Elite Course, eventually making him the leader of Earth, standing in opposition to Jomy.
