A young, handsome patrol officer who serves as Ryo's comic relief. While working a day job at the police box in front of Kameari Park, Nakagawa is actually the son of the wealthy Nakagawa Zaibatsu. Frequently, he has to dash off to board meetings in his luxurious sports cars or private helicopters. He is strikingly handsome, an expert driver and marksman, and beloved by all the female officers. However, being a rich heir, he remains quite naive about the real world. His policeman's uniform is a ¥300,000 yellow pinstripe suit designed by Pierre Cardin. Despite constantly being surrounded by beautiful women during his duties, Nakagawa seems indifferent, and his inclinations are somewhat unclear. He detests natto, and his favorite car is his Ferrari.
