Kazune is the main male protagonist in the story. He is intelligent, calm, and attractive. As the sun god (known as Apollo in Chu, possessing the power of Uranus), he wields immense strength. Unlike Himeka who loves insects, Kazune has a strong dislike for them, partly due to his fear, which was exacerbated when Karin traveled back in time and dressed up as a mantis to frighten him. Kazune has deep feelings for Karin and often becomes jealous of Jin Kuga in Kamichama Karin Chu.
