kazu

Kazu is the younger brother of Akira Hayame, better known as the hacker Blackrose, who remains in a coma for most of the Second Network Crisis. This is presumably due to an encounter with Skeith, The Terror of Death, after his sister accessed "Hidden Forbidden Holy Ground," the Chaos Gate address for the Hulle Granz Cathedral.

In Legend of the Twilight, it is revealed that Kazu was acquainted with Shugo and Rena. He became an apprentice of Helba's and came to the cast's rescue by fighting off the Cobalt Knights alongside Ouka. After handing them a key that would transport them to Netslum, Kazu enabled Shugo to return Zefie to Aura.
