Highly intelligent and well-informed, he seems to be aware of everything happening in the city and expresses frustration at the thought of it all coming to an end. Katari possesses a marble that grants him the ability to see into alternate dimensions. By the conclusion of the anime, his demeanor appears almost sinister.
